If you traffic from USA, UK and Europe then you can try Media.net. It is also same as Adsense but prefers the traffic from USA, UK and European countries. You can get the approval from this site because anytime policy can change so having one account on time will be better.

After blogging I recommend YouTube to earn money online in Nepal. YouTube is a good platform for those people who have talent. The important thing is you need dedication while starting YouTube.
Create unique content that attracts the viewers. Never put others content in your YouTube channel because if you do so then you will get copyright strike and don't upload the videos that goes against YouTube policies.

Personally I don't recommend Forex and Betting to earn money online in Nepal. But Forex and Betting are also ways to make money online. You need proper knowledge to earn money from Forex and Betting because these are the risky place where you can lose your all money in a short period of time.
These kinds of sites mention Bet Only What You Can Afford to Lose, so you should have perfect knowledge and a bit of luck if you want to make money from Forex and Betting.
There are also other ways to earn money online in Nepal like PTC, HYIP and other task perfoming sites. But I don't recommend this kind of sites to earn money because most of these sites don't pay and even they pay than it is very less which is a complete waste of time.
