Nepal has played three finals against India on SAFF women's football where all matches were won by India women's football team. In 2010, 2012, 2014 Nepal was consistently defeated by India in final and in 2016 India again defeated Nepal in semi-final.

India is only the champion of SAFF Women's Championship from 2010.

 

Again Nepal is set to play with India in 2019 SAFF Women's Championship Final. Women's football of Nepal is in the mood of taking revenge and where as Indian's women team want to continue their history.
