Finally, Mobile World Congress or simply MWC has come to an end. Different brands, gadgets etc etc with their latest and newest features were showcased in MWC. We were able to see many exciting as well as disappointing launches by famous and top brands. And in the same scenario, it's Sony that has been awarded the best new smartphone for 2017. As we have already mentioned that the best smartphone for 2016 was awarded to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.Although the main highlights of MWC was on the new LG G6 and Sony Xperia XZ Premium, SOny managed to clinch the title for the best new smartphone for 2017.
Sony unveiled other smartphones like Xperia XZs Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra along with the award winner smartphone Sony Xperia XZ Premium. In fact, Xperia XZ Premium is the flagship model of Xperia saga from Sony.The Xperia XZ Premium was something people couldn’t get their eyes off because of its shiny Chrome finish on it. Many people coming to MWC was overwhelmed by Sony with the new model of Xperia XZ Premium. The nearest contender for the best new smartphone was the new G6 from LG that is also very rich and advanced in hardware, software specifications and camera-wise it is one of the best smartphone that was unveiled at MWC.
The phone comes with a majestic mirror finish which can make it more artistic rather than a device. But that’s not it, the phone is not only bold and beautiful by its outer design and appearance but the specifications packed inside it can make you go for it. It's not more than just an eye candy because it has the world’s first 4K HDR display, 19MP Camera which can shoot slo-mo videos at 960fps, and with the latest Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM. Actually, Sony has made the XPeria XZ Premium beautiful from both inside and outside.
Nevertheless, Sony is also one of the best smartphone manufacturers in the world but it hasn't been able to establish itself on top like Samsung. But it is sure that Sony will be able to occupy major portion in the overall smartphone market.
